What is An Angel Sponsor?

Even if you can’t adopt or be a foster home to one of our precious Basset Hounds or Bloodhounds, you still help by becoming an Angel for the Arizona Basset Hound Rescue (AZBHR).

The Angel Program is a sponsorship program that allows you to sponsor a Basset or Bloodhound that is deemed an Angel Dog. Our Angel Dogs need extra support because they have had expensive medical treatment or they are one of our Forever Fosters.  Our Forever Foster Dogs are deemed unadoptable due to age, health conditions or behavioral issues, and will spend the rest of their lives in foster care. AZBHR is passionate about our dogs, and always makes sure that they have the best care and quality of life because they deserve nothing less.

The Angel Program has three levels of sponsorship to choose from, with each level having an exclusive Angel Program gift.  The Angel Program gift is rewarded after the yearly minimum for the level selected is received. (Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery).
